Acts 22:15 We are never too far from the reach of God’s transformational grace. Once a murderer (Paul) has now been commanded to be a witness. A witness is someone who can provide evidence or proof from personal experience. If God can trust a flawed human to be a witness to His truth, we should also not be judgemental and hold someone who has repented, hostage to their past vices.

Acts 21:14 In our humanness we try to control our circumstances. We manipulate and attempt to influence events in order to create supposedly favourable outcomes. Mature and true discipleship requires us to trust and surrender. It’s a journey from a state of self reliance to complete and unequivocal confidence in His will for our lives.

Acts 20:28 - Paul reminds us that we are to be careful about ourselves and careful about how we treat God’s people and church who have been purchased by the precious blood of His son Jesus. That includes being aware of those who may be false teachers looking to negatively impact Gods church and people.

Acts 20:4 talks about how while Paul knew what was going to happen to him by going to Jerusalem and still decided to do it anyway. I find it both inspiring and challenging that Paul’s faith and devotion to what God had called him to do gave him the strength and courage to continue in that mission, even when he knew it was going to put him in danger.

I appreciate Paul's dedication to spreading the Gospel, even in the face of challenges. His foresight in warning the early Christians about future trials shows his wisdom and care. Especially since we can see these trials play out in modern days as well.

Acts 22-24 - the strength and willingness to follow God's call especially when you don't know the result is amazing. There's no genuine fear of the unknown or obstacles. It's just a genuine obedience to the Lord.

Acts 20:24. Paul states that his life is worth nothing unless he uses it for finishing the work that was assigned to him, to preqch the gospel. Many people probably have a similar feeling that life is not complete until I complete my purpose, but Paul’s focus on sharing the gospel is truly the only thing that has eternal value, rather than the goals I have
