People with integrity walk safely. Those who follow a crooked path will be exposed. The courageous choice is. I may need to make a choice that feels like I will not win. It will cost me money. It will cost me a promotion. It will cost me respect. Because I'm going to have to say I messed up here. Proverb says, If you walk with integrity, you walk safely. You put your hands in the life of the Lord. You put your in here. You say, Lord, you will bring me where you need to bring me. And again, wrestling with this thought, What if winning doesn't mean getting ahead every time in money in satisfaction, or getting the things that I feel like I deserve. And it's scary if we do proper reflection to realize how many times we risk a little bit of our integrity just so we feel like we're coming out ahead and we're winning on some of these things.
